Baking has been a part of Siya’s life since childhood, where she first fell in love with it while baking with her grandmother. Even while pursuing post-graduation and working in PR & marketing, the kitchen remained her happy place, a space to unwind, create, and connect through desserts.
Determined to turn her passion into expertise, Siya trained as a patisserie chef at Le Cordon Bleu, London, refining her skills in the art of baking. Upon returning, she was ready to share her creations with the world. When the pandemic hit just months later, she refused to let it slow her down. Instead, she spent her time experimenting, developing, and perfecting recipes, laying the foundation for Cookie Cutter in 2022.
Today, Cookie Cutter is built on handmade goodness, fresh ingredients, and the belief that every dessert should be crafted with love, because baking isn’t just a business, it’s a heartfelt experience.
