Siya Donde is a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef and dessert entrepreneur. She’s also an educator and experience creator. At Cookie Cutter, all these passions come together.

Before the kitchen, Siya worked in PR and marketing. Besides flavour, she understands what makes an experience memorable. Siya returned to Mumbai after training at a top culinary school in London with a clear goal: to create something that goes beyond baking. Cookie Cutter is all about celebrating delicious desserts and edible experiences.
